Job Title: Teller – Branch Operation
Location: Belgaum, Karnataka ( Depending upon availability in Bengaluru Zone )
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in banking, cash handling, or customer service
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Accurately manage and reconcile the cash drawer.
- Support walk-in customers and promote bank products at the Belgaum branch.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory standards.
- Deliver a seamless customer experience in alignment with IDFC First Bank values.
Requirements:
- Graduate with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and banking software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Belgaum.
