About the role
As a Payroll Officer, you will oversee the entire payroll process, which includes salary calculations, deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of payroll software, such as Tally or Zoho Books, as well as knowledge of relevant labor laws.
In collaboration with the HR department, you will maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payments. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with onsite collaboration in the Kota Industrial Area.
