About the role
Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations in Raipur. This role involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining employee records.
The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll software such as Tally or Zoho Books, and a solid understanding of payroll laws and regulations in India. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for managing payroll discrepancies and reporting.
In this role, you will also assist in preparing payroll reports and coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely disbursement of salaries. A degree in accounting or finance, along with relevant certifications, will be an advantage.
